Kindly read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form.
• Enter mobile no., then click on Generate code option for password. Password will be sent to the same mobile no. within 2-3 minutes. This password will be used for login.
• Fill up the form in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.
• Please fill the form carefully, as no correction will be allowed once submitted.
• Keep details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI ready for online payment of Registration Charges of Rs. 25/-.
• Only the registration forms paid with Rs. 25/- registration fee will be considered for further admission process.
• Make sure to save the Registration number generated at the end of online Registration process. This is required for any kind of further communication with school regarding Registration /Admission of child.
• If the filled registration form is not displayed on the screen after the payment, kindly e-mail your query at [email protected] mentioning the registration number
**Kindly carry hardcopy of Online Filled Registration Form duly signed by the parent along with Original documents and a set of self attested copies of the following documents for verification purposes :-

b. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her parents
c. Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
d. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
e. Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
f. Rent Agreement in the name of any of parents in case of Rented Accommodation.
