Ms. Vandana Kapoor is the Founder Principal of SLS DAV Public School Mausam Vihar, Delhi who has been relentlessly working for the cause of education in DAV organization for the past 29 years now and is still working with utmost zeal, dedication, devotion and commitment. She is a National Awardee who has been honoured with coveted National Teacher’s Award 2010 constituted by Ministry of Human Resource Development, presented by Her Excellency Smt. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil, Hon’ble President of India and Silver Star Award 2007-2008 on behalf of Bharat Scouts and Guides presented to her by Hon’ble President of India. She received State Teachers Award-2004 by Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi.

 

Not only these, she has been awarded and felicitated by many other organizations in recognition of her contribution in the field of Education, Environment, Social Work, Art & Culture, Human Rights and other aspects of her multifaceted personality.
