1. Documents required to be submitted at the time of admission

  1. 1 Passport size photograph of mother, father and the child each.
  2. Self attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate.
  3. Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the child.
  4. Caste certificate (If applicable).
  5. Photocopy of the Medical fitness certificate/vaccination/immunization card of the child issued by the medical Officer and copy of highest qualification certificates of parents.

(if not submitted earlier with the Registration form)


2. Total lump sum amount to be submitted through Demand Draft issued in favour of “SLS DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, MAUSAM VIHAR, DELHI” amounting to Rs. 33,500 /-( Rupees Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred  Only)

(The amount is an approximate amount inclusive of admission charges, annual charges and quarterly fee of April to June 2019 excluding Transport Charges.)


3. Last date for depositing the fee:    12/02/2019


4. Bring the admission related documents (in original) for verification purposes.


5. Fee submission timings     :    8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on all working days.


Note:   Waiting List Candidates can contact school authorities from 13/02/2019 to 19/02/2019 (Admission will be on  first cum first serve basis for waiting list candidates as per the availability of seats)


 Important Note:- All details pertaining to commencement of session, availability of books and Uniform and Orientation sessions for parents will be uploaded on website by last week of February ’
